Can I Have A House In My Name??

My Mom Recently Bought A Moble Home... She Wants To Put It My Name ... With Her Possibly The Co-signer..... Im 17 Can She Legally Do This?? I LIVE IN FLORIDA.....THE HOUSE IS THERE 2!

**A: yes, but it is not adviseable. Have her put it in trust.
