Question
if my girlfriend and i are joint tenants and we both own the house, can she kick me out? i want to know if i have every right to live there to? or can she force me to leave?

i'm sorry didn't know to post to same thread. i just want to know if she can force me out of the house that we are joint tenants on? i think i have every right to live there as long as the house is mine too. the kids are a different question for a different time.....
