can they do this

Texas**************we bought a mobile home on contract we had agreed to secure financing with in a year however it does not say this in the contract now the seller is saying that they need the home in our name by august. the contract is just a general contract signed by both parties and all it says about this is that the home would stay in thier name until we secure financing my question is can they take thier house back and if they do can we sue for anything Thank you any help would be appriciated
