LOST COMMISSION...

THE PERSON ON THE TITLE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE THAT HIS WIFE (WHO WAS NOT ON THE TITLE) HAD SIGNED A LISTING AGREEMENT TO SELL THEIR HOUSE. SHE WAS TOLD SHE COULD SELL AND SIGNED THE AGREEMENT ALONE WHILE SEPARATED AND NOT LIVING TOGETHER. HUSBAND WAS IN MENTAL HOSPITAL.
