i live in toledo, ohio. 2 weeks ago we had an agent put together some listings for us to look at. we told her we were selling our house ourselves. our house was apprasied last year for 86,000. she promised she could get us 99,900 easily out of our house. so we listed with her. we have had 2 offers for the house. the first for 92,000. she told us it was a great offer and we should jump on it because the price of the house was set too high. we declined. the second offer is through the ameridream that gives us 102,000 with a net after monies refunded to the buyer of 94,000. i would like to remove my house from her listing because it appears that she will never get 99,900. she, herself, said it is over price, but that is why we listed. can we ask for the listing back based on her overinflated price of the house?

Yes, you have the right to cancel the listing due to misrepresentation.
This agent is a sorry excuse. Did the agent give you a market analysis of your home based on comps in the neighborhood? And used the comps to set a list price for the property?
