Cannot Get My Paperwork

What is the name of your state? Virginia

My husband and I purchased a manufactured home in 2001. The company we purchased our home from also arranged our financing. The day we signed our final paperwork it was near closing time and we were told that they would mail us all of our paperwork. I have been trying since 2001 to get this paperwork from them and have been ignored over and over. We are ready to sell and build and need this paperwork. Is there anything legally I can do or threaten
