cash offer not met

What is the name of your state? IDAHO
Sold house on cash offer no contigencies, whatsoever. In preperation to be out on time we got rid of stuff we wouldn't have. took stuff to the dump just to be out ontime. packed everything. We had a fifth wheel online to buy so we scaled down alot. 2 days before close she didn't have the money said that her house didn't close but she had stock she would sell, so we extended closing 12 days. We signed closing papers 7days ago and we were told she signed before us and the funds would be available on Monday. they were not. and title company said that she was trying to wire money and it didn't go through. she is in CA. the house is in Idaho. then she said that she closed on her house and she got her money on tuesday the 29th, and today is the 30 and she said she did a brokrage deposit and sent realator receipt. we just got a look at the receipt and it said it is being held for 14 days. the title company didn't tell us that. $1000.00 earnest money wouldn't cover what we are out. Any advise?

From IDAHO

the realtor doesn't know what to say. the title company is the one who is suppose to get the money. We both already signed.

My realtor said this morning that she is sorry and that she doesn't know what to do. that the title company is trying to find out what is going on with the money and as soon as they hear anything they will call. the last call I had from the title company they said 24 hours, but pretty sure that won't happen now. also was told that they didn't notice the hold on the deposit either.

2 more weeks out will change the numbers on the papers we signed

I just talked with the general manager. they said the broker doesn't handle stuff like that. He tried putting me off, but eventually said he would call the title company. We also talked with bankers who said that this is not impossible that they should be able to get a check released. So why can't these company do that?
