closing in 3 days, seller not cooperating

According to our sales agreement, we are scheduled to close on our first home on Friday. However, the seller has not responded to the results of our home inspection, and they have failed to provide necessary documents to our lender.

At this point we have no idea if they are planning on fixing the items (some of which are building code violations) found by our home inspector. There is no way we will close without this being settled. Also, our lender has said that if the seller does not provide the documents today, the loan will not close on Friday.

The seller has not met one deadline throughout this entire process, and has violated our sales agreement several times. Their lisitng agent keeps insisting that they are working on it. What are our options? Thanks in advance for your advice!
