closing cost


What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? pennsylvania

i wanted to ask a question about closing cost......is it true that i....the buyer must pay a brokers fee.....i thought the seller paid that....i am buying a house in curwensvill pa....the cost of the house is 50000 and my closing cost are 8575.50 including 10% down....that seems very high to me please help..
what should closing cost consist of.

You should be asking your Realtor this question.

10% of $50,000 is $5,000

Title search, transfer taxes, prepaid taxes, prepaid insurance, private mortgage insurance, settlement fees, recording the deed, notary fees, and bank funding fees, could very possibly add up to $3,575. Sounds okay to me.
