Closing Dates

What is the name of your state?MD

I am purchasing a newly constructed home in Prince George's County, MD. It has been over a year since I contracted with the builder, The Cambridge Company, who has been notoriously slow and blatantly rude in responding to my requests for setting a closing date. They have set and cancelled 2 dates prior to the latest date. These delays have become expensive not to mention annoying. Do we have any recourse or the ability to make them honor a closing date or pay for the expenses related to changing the dates?
