Closing Help

What is the name of your state? Georgia

My house was supposed to close on Monday, June 30. The contract says cash at closing with no contingencies. The lawyers keep saying they are going to mail the check, but I still haven't gotten anything. One of my questions is, do they have a time limit to pay me? Also, if they don't pay me, do I have any further obligations to them as far as the sale of my house?

I also would like to know if I can take my house off of the market, or am I obligated to continue with my contract with my realtor. (I would rather not continue with her because she has done nothing but lie to me since I signed up with her)

I really do need some advice on what, if anything, I can do!! Thanks in advance for your help!

"My house was supposed to close on Monday, June 30. The contract says cash at closing with no contingencies. The lawyers keep saying they are going to mail the check, but I still haven't gotten anything."
*** And what response did you get when you WROTE them asking for a specific committment as to when to close???

"One of my questions is, do they have a time limit to pay me?"
*** Yep. Closing must happen as provided in the contract..... and any allowed extensions.

"Also, if they don't pay me, do I have any further obligations to them as far as the sale of my house?"
*** Read the contract.

"I also would like to know if I can take my house off of the market, or am I obligated to continue with my contract with my realtor. (I would rather not continue with her because she has done nothing but lie to me since I signed up with her)"
*** Again, read the listing agreement.

"I really do need some advice on what, if anything, I can do!!"
*** The answers to ALL of your questions are in the documents.

"Thanks in advance for your help!"
*** You're welcome.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) filed in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.7M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
