| | closing mistake Thanks for your reply. The funds were not disbursed on Friday because lender sent them to the wrong address so the funds will be disbursed on Monday morning. Will this make it easier to repair the problem?

| | closing mistake We paid $5,120 for upgrades to home that was under construction.
This amount is not accounted for on settlement.
Home was $176,000. When our upgrades were added, the price of home became $181,120.
We should owe the $176000 but it shows $181,120. |
