Closing Time Manipulation?

Wisconsin - We close on both the home we're selling and buying on Oct. 31. Our agent says sellers are giving us two options: A: A 7:30 a.m. walk-thru on closing morning, and we can close at 11:00 a.m. on 31st. B: If we want walk-thru on the 30th, we can't close on the 31st until 1:30 p.m. Option A only gives us half hour walk thru before having to drive 45 min. to closing of house we're selling. Are we being manipulated into a choice between a quick walk through and a long moving day? We think seller is hoping we'll chose option A and overlook something wrong. We decided on option B since we want to make sure we test and look at everything. Are we being treated fairly? Originally our agent set up the times as 9:00 on home we're selling, and 11:00 on home we're buying, that was a week ago, why are sellers doing this now? Our lawyer has not been involved as of yet, do we need to call him on this?

**A: have your attorney get involved. And what the heck is wrong with your agent?
