What is the name of your state? In Iowa I purchased a cabin which included a $10,000 boat in the "offer for real estate". After the closing, the boat ran for 10 minutes and overheated due to a disconnected fan belt. Is the repair bill the sellers responsibility or my tough luck?

I thought there was a 30 day guarantee with the purchase of a new home. If that covers the plumbing and a boat was also part of the "real estate" transaction (not personal property) wouldn't coverage extend to the boat?
