Committment LetterWhat is the name of your state? Massachusetts The time has passed for the buyers of our house to present a letter of committment from the bank/mortagage company for their loan. The claim they have the letter but have been avoiding faxing it. We are closing in 1 1/2 weeks. I spoke to the buyer and he said we are "good to go" on the closing and are very excited to move in the house****************************.should we be concerned since we do not have the letter? Can this deal still happen? Can they still pull out? |

| Does your attorney have a copy of the commitment letter? Call their bank and ask. Thats what the seler of our house did and the bank was more that happy to issue him a copy of the commitment letter even though our attorney gave one to his. |
