Contents Included?

What is the name of your state? I am in Louisiana and my parents purchased an inherited (from grandparents) camp from my mother's other three siblings. The bill of sale stated "as is", which I understand relates to the condition of the property. Two of the selling families removed contents from the camp prior to closing; the bulk of the contents remained after closing. Who owns the remaining contents?

**A: please explain what a camp is. Is it real property ie house and land or person property such as a mobile home?

A camp is resort (real) property (house and land).

**A: do you have a legal definition of camp? Reason being, you stated a bill of sale. Such an instrument is not used for transfer of real property, only personal property. Very confusing.
