Is contract enforcable

What is the name of your state?FL
This is part II to my first thread about my dad's wife signing his name and a contract(see forged name on contract)Can the buyer or any court enforce the contract if my dad didn't sign it? Or is the contract VOID?

If your dad's wife had authority to sign your dad's name (e.g., a power of attorney) or your dad took advantage of whatever the contract was about, then it is probably enforceable.

Otherwise, no, if it is a true forgery.

the wife has no power of attorney and is not on the deed

Okay. If it got sold, did pa get any money? Is pa competent?

the contract is for $40.000 the land is worth $200.000

yes pa is not insane he could have signed the contract
