contract question

I want to have a clause in the contract that I will continue to market the house and if a better offer comes in before the closing the buyer with the current contract can raise their offer to match the new offer. Is this legal to add to a contract?

**A: yes, it is legal. But what Buyer would accept a contract based on that?
