| I have sold property on contract sale at an agreed upon price and downpayment and terms of pymts. There was a partial down pymt. with the balance of the downpymt. to be paid within 90 days after signing, and an agreed upon amount of pymts. mthly. If the pymts ( mthly.) are not being made, and the balance of the down pymt. hasn't been made, is this considered a breech of contract? I have made multiple attempts to contact, and when I have spoken to them - "The check is in the mail", but it doesn't arrive. What can I legally do.
