Contracts between co-buyersWhat is the name of your state? California I just recently bought a property with a friend. She is living in one house. I am living in the other. I own 62% of the property, she owns 38%. We want to have a contract so that all the specifics are spelled out. Is there a place on line where I can get one and just modify it to fit our needs? Thanks, Nenanev |

| Sure, you can do your own real estate work as long as you know the difference between fee simple and fee tail; between joint tenancy and tenancy in common; and you can spout off the Rule in Shelly's Case, the Statute of Frauds, and the Rule Against Perpetuities at a party after six beers. If you can not do that, then hire a real estate lawyer. |
