Hi. I live in Ohio and am the President of a corporation that I started (it is a legal corporation registered in Delaware). I am also currently a minor. (Delaware has no age requirements for registering a business). My question is... can I purchase residential properties using my corporation (so that nothing is in my name everything is in the companies name) and then rehab the property and sell it. Thank you.
