I'm in Arizona and we are being transferred soon. If our home doesn't sell in 90 days, the company will buy the home. I'm afraid if I come right out and tell the realtor this, then they will sit on their tushes and wait for day 91 to collect their fee. Am I legally obligated to divulge this info. to my realtor immediately? If so, am I able to write in my own clause terminating their services if I think they are playing me? Thank you.

**A: at the time of the listing you should have wrote in the clause based on language from your corporate office. If the listing agreement has no exclusions, then you cannot do much to change the terms and conditions without mutual agreement.
