damaged trailor wants money back now

What is the name of your state? ohio
sold trailor to another person that knew there wasn't any tiltle,cause it was used for storage building only,after damaging trailor by removing addition and some uderpinning ,then letting it set with back of trailor open to weather for 3 months,he has changed his mind and wants his money refunded but refuses to repair the damages he did willingly do to the trailor

my question what legal actions do i have to either have him remove it or repair the damages

**A: small claims court. Your issue is not concerning real estate.
