| maryland, I went to my walk through on may 31,2001. the seller did not complete the work stated on the addendum so i wanted to end the contract, because closing was set for june 1, 2001 and the work could not be done right by then. the sell did not want to end the contact, and said they would take me to cout if i did not buy the house. what should i do? Thank :} |

| Have an attorney review your contract. You have not specified the type of work as it would make a difference ie. cutting the grass vs. repairing a leaking roof. |

| maryland, I went to my walk through on may 31,2001. the seller did not complete the work stated on the addendum (replace all rotted wood trim around the out side of home, fix broken front steps brick work)they had about a month time. I wanted to end the contract, because closing was set for june 1, 2001 and the work could not be done right by then. the sell did not want to end the contact, and said they would take me to cout if i did not buy the house. Then they called several times with money offers, but I said no!!! what should i do? Thank :} |
