Desperate - Want House Back!

What is the name of your state? ARIZONA

During a time of weakness a realtor convinced me of selling and allowing the buyers to pre-possess. My home will not close until 11/29 and I am DESPERATELY hoping to salvage the home. The buyers have plenty of money and can easily find another home. I would be willing to allow them to stay until they get another home. I want my home back! What can I do???

Well you could tell the buyers what you have told us and see what happens otherwise they can sue you if you do not live up to a properly executed contract.

Desperate - Want House Back!

Well, I don't know if I should approach them directly and ask for this option. I am hesitant in asking my realtor since he has acted like a SNAKE in this whole ordeal. I bet he would not even mention anything, tell me whatever just so he can close the deal.

You don't have a snowball's chance in hell of getting your home back if you don't talk to someone about it. The buyer's or the listing agency would be the best bet. We cyber folks sympathize with you but, we can't make it happen.

I guess the only thing I can do is beg, ask the realtor to discuss with me this option. I'm going to see a lawyer for a consultation. My other option is to try and accept what happened. I will make a great amount off the sale but that can't replace the sentiment towards the home.

How much money? An attorney suggested discussing it via mail, wanting to be very open, not suggesting breaching any contract, just wanting to talk it out and see options.

I don't have money. I am a hard working single gal. The attorney suggested it may take money from the equity in the house. How does one go about it???
