Developer altering land after purchaseWhat is the name of your state? Tennessee I recently bought a piece of surveyed, title-cleared property (land only). When I bought the property, I walked it, was aware of the survey markers, etc. It had a gentle sloping front yard...Today, I went to look at it and the developer of the area had graded off half of my front yard while working in the road. Now the front yard is very, very steep. It looks nothing like what I bought. What recourse do I have? |

Developer altering land after purchaseThey said the county required it for the road. The rub here - The road was already graded in and the realtor told us the developers could not alter the property on our side of the property stakes... I specifically asked that question. Thanks for your help! |
