california. i purchased a home in 2000. after we moved in we realized the house next door was vacant. the sellers told me the owners lived there and didn't talk to them much. the sellers had the yard maintenanced and put plants, personal items and such on the porch to make it looked lived in. the other neighbor confirmed the sellers did this and said the sellers even asked for their help. the house since foreclosed and is now a rental property. do i have any recourse, this would have definitely affected our decision to purchase. |
