Disclosed foundation crack

What is the name of your state?California
i am in negotiations to buy a house. The owner disclosed there is a foundation crack that his insurance company settled on to fix it. He did not. What are the recourses i can have.. like either getting him to fix it befor we buy,fix it after we buy but befor close of escrow, fix after we buy and after close or bring the price down so WE can afford to fix it. its in the master bedroom floor...
