Hi. We have been trying to get rid of some nuisance neighbors for 5 years.

Common sense tells the whole neighborhood that these creeps sell drugs but the police have yet to arrest them.
Q: Do we have to disclose our opinion of these people?

At the very least they are the neighborhood party house for local teens and we have in the past had to make calls for police to break up the gatherings.
Q: Do we have to disclose our phone calls if no one was arrested from these gatherings or the police never even showed up?

The kids messed with city property once and the neighborhood sent the parents a letter warning that anymore B.S. would cause all of us to sue them for nuisance.
We didn't file a police report since the kids replaced the property on their own.

Common sense tells the whole neighborhood

Now use some more common sense and ask yourself where this would be disclosed? Disclosure statements discuss house problems not the neighborhood. You should have absolutely no personal contact with your potential buyers since you ARE never present during a showing of the home etc.
