i found service records indicating the previous owner knew about the problem and never fixed it because he was selling the house. He also never mentioned it in the disclosure. i never took care of it then because of other issues. it has been fixed since then. also i had a general home inspection before buying. the inspector never found the problem. for how much can i sue and is the inspector liable also???? |
**A: you have a very weak case, so weak that the Seller and home inspector would not be in hot water.
