disclosure contents

what is the name of your state? florida
we are selling our mobile home. We have never sold a home before and have uncertainty regarding the disclosure statement. we want to be completely honest about our home but we are wondering if we are obsessing over every detail. Is it just best to list everything we are questioning, with any explanation of repairs, so that we do not run into any problems later? or should we just strictly be guided by the statement questions? we would appreciate any opinions in adddition to the information our agent has given us.

**Yes, fill out everyting to the best of your knowledge and if you have an explanation for something, write that on a separate piece of paper. Be specific and list everything that happened about a past problem and how it was remedied. You might also do a search on this site for threads that had something to do with property disclosures, to see how many problems can arise when sellers do not disclose.**

I agree. The statement questions on the disclosure form is just a guide and is not to be considered exhaustive and does not cover each and every possible scenario.
