disclosure for house sale

I should reword my first ques and see if I get the same answer.
House built 4 yrs ago. Got sm leak and builder made sure it was not the roof. It appears that there is no leak after we sealed dampers where they thought rain got in. We did not disclose roof leak as builder sayss there was none. We disclosed that dampers may leak if not sealed. Since leak appears to have stopped-We are not aware of any further water problems and could not even think where else water could come from. We listed damper problem under other issues... How more honest can we get???
