Disclousure law in deWhat is the name of your state? Delaware Had a property for sale that i had a new ss chimney liner installed on 3/08/06. The property sold on 9/09/06. No home inspection. The new owner rented the property on 12/01/06. The new Tennant had flues gas problems and moved out immediately. The new owner had to install a new liner . The contractor said the liner was not installed correctly and was not connected in the middle. New owner wants the cost of repairs and 1 months lost rent from me. The argument is that my wife mistakingly checked no in the box if any work was done to the heating system. Any Advice Thanks |

| That little "mistake" may cost you. If you want to let it go so far as court you could let a judge decide. |
