Divorce Sale of Home

What is the name of your state? Arizona
A friend of mine is selling his home as a result of a divorce that occured about a year and a half ago. He ex wife is a real estate agent. She and her partner were listing the house. She lowered it several times without his consent to an amount under what they owed on the mortgage. She has not been paying anything on the mortgage since they separated. He has been living in the home but there was no agreement or paperwork, he just paid it. Was it legal for her to keep lowering the price of the home without his consent?
Somehow she removed her name from the home just days ago and he knew nothing about it. Is this possible? What is the name of your state?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by this but if what you are saying is she no longer has an ownership interest in the home, then fire her immediately and hire a new agent.

what you are stating is that she removed her name from the home, is marketing it and is lowering the price without written consent from the owner ( the ex). This is ILLEGAL amd she should be reported immediately!!!! FIRE HER, report her to her boss and demand that the contract be voided!!!!! Hire a new agency!!!!
