| The big heafty commission you ex-wife Realtor gets when she sells the house is divided 4 ways and she will only get 1/4. If you can get her to share that 1/4 with you, fine. But are you willing to share your pay check with her?

A: Write her a thank you note for selling the house, including a congratulations on her hefty commission. Q: can I get some of that? A: PghREA answered that one. Q: And what if she put her son on the deed without me knowing? A: Was it her house or your house? Whose name was on the prior deed? |

| Another question: You stated that your name was on the Deed as well as hers...... What was the "Co-Ownership" on the Deed?? For Example: Tenancy in Common? Joint Tenancy? Tenancy by the Entireties? Community Property? |

| I am not on the deed. In Georgia or any other state, when you buy a home whether your on the deed or not and your married, its marital property. |
