Do I need a real estate agent?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Delaware
I would like to sell my house without a real estate agent. I have sold propertes in the past with no problems. Was I just lucky or is it more important for a buyer than seller to use a real estate agent?

It is more important for both Buyer and Seller to either use a Real estate agent or real estate attorney.
There are many horror stories on this website.
