Do the witnesses on a real estate contract..

What is the name of your state? Connecticut
Do the witnesses on a real estate contract have to be over eighteen?

The imaging system at the Register of Deeds office doesn't read crayon names well.

**A: ask the notary public. Signatures in fingerpaint are not acceptable either.
