Documents changed after closing??

What is the name of your state? Texas
I closed with a mortgage broker knowing my loan would be sold soon. When I received my first statement from the new mortgage company, the monthly payment was higher than what we had agreed at closing. I called to ask and was sent a copy of the HUD statement that was sent to them. The Escrow Account Disclosure Statement and Payment letter had been change and reflected the higher payment. The broker had sent to me a payment coupon for the lower amount and sent the same document to the new company with the higher amount?? They say my insurance binder changed and they don't have to notify anyone of the change, but I had paid the hazzard insurance for the coming year at closing. Is this normal or some kind of fraud?? The whole experience with this broker was a nightmare of over charges and now this!! What if anything can I do?What is the name of your state?

Are you talking homeowners insurance or PMI? How much in percentage did you put down if you do not know what PMI is (0-5-10-20 percent)?

How much of a difference in payment?

Talk to the people who govern such issues in your state if this indeed was a nightmare.

Minor errors can be corrected after closing (not sure that would include a changed doccument)and I believe you will find this stated somewhere in all that paperwork you signed without benefit of anyone who was looking out for your interests. If I am wrong and you have an Atty or Agent then what have they told you about the changes?
