Does buying a home in USA give any special advantages to non-residents?

I have a client from over seas wondering if they buy a home for cash in USA would that give them certain rights such as extended visitation rights or such? Is there any advantages at all on immigration law for someone to buy a house in USA vs someone who does not have a house here?

No. There is no property short cut to circumventing immigration control.
