Does this cover...What is the name of your state? California Dose the Language: 'Buyer is strongly urged to investigate all aspects of the property to satisfy themselves' cover the fact that she sold us a property that had NO building permits whatsover? Doesen't she, being a 'top producer' at a big firm, need to do her own investigations prior to trying to sell? |
