What is the name of your state? California

Dose the Language: 'Buyer is strongly urged to investigate all aspects of the property to satisfy themselves' cover the fact that she sold us a property that had NO building permits whatsover?

Doesen't she, being a 'top producer' at a big firm, need to do her own investigations prior to trying to sell?

Realtors are not responsible for making sure that building permits are obtained for any additions to a property that they list.

I am saying that the County has no records of ANY buiding permits for the home. Not additions, but the home itself.
