Domestic Partner Breakup

What is the name of your state? I LIVE IN VIRGINIA AND HAVE LIVED WITH MY GIRLFRIEND HERE FOR 8 YEARS. BOTH NAMES ARE ON THE MORTGAGE AND DEED EQUALLY AND I AM CONSIDERING A BREAKUP, SHE CLAIMS SHE WILL NOT SELL THE HOUSE AND THAT I CANT FORCE HER TO SELL. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?

Must Using all capitol letters is consider shouting / yelling in any Internet format it is considered rude . your options are to see a local lawyer who can help you best to figure out if sale can be forced .
