I live in NC and was going to purchase a foreclosed house with a conventional loan for 15 yr period
I paid my banker $400 appraisal fee and paid for home inspection and $1000 earnest money in escrow
On day diligent period ran out I found out from my banker the home is zoned commercial property and cannot get
loan .Do I lose my earnest money like REA says or can I get it back?
