Escrow no receipt and purchase agreement has expired

My state is Florida. Since this agreement was signed may 28 and expired September 15,2005. I asked on countless times also the last attorney we had also asked about the escrow receipt, and nothing. We are also the ones with the lis pendens hanging. What can i do now?
