| 15 days before my mom passed away she signed a contract with a mobile home sales company to sell her mobile home. I want to cancel this contract but the sales woman my mom signed with told me that I would have to pay her $2,500 dollars if I sold it with someone else. The contract does not include anything about heirs being bound by their contract. Can I cancel this contract? Thank You, Tom Dade City, Florida |

| There is no contract for you to cancel if you were not on title. You are not liable for anything as you are not a party to the contract. If Mom was the sole owner, then the contract is unenforeceable and no one can sell the property until the Probate Court gives approval. |
