expat purchasing CA home???

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

I am an expatriate who has lived overseas for 15 years. I am ready to move back to CA and purchase a home. My funds ($500,000+)are mainly from a foreign loan...Can I wire all my funds to my U.S. bank account and not incur any taxes or fees from the federal or state level??? I believe my bank will notify the IRS of any large deposit amounts...Thanks for your input.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
