Exwife resides in residence he's responsible forharris county, texas my boyfriend's ex-wife is residing in the residence purchased before their marriage, she is on the title, but not the loan. the court awarded her the residence to reside in, but the mortgage has remained in his name. she claims that she can not finance the property in her name and has been late numerous times with the payments. he want to purchase a home but the existing debt is affecting his ability to purchase the home. what, if anything, is his recourse in this situation? |
