failure to disclose

What is the name of your state? Colorado
I was just wondering what the sellers can be held liable for if they are found guilty of committing fraud by not disclosing previous water problems? Can I ask for punitive damages because my 5 sons had to sleep on floors and sofas for more than 3 months because their basement bedrooms were contaminated with mold? I was also wondering about "treble damages." What costs can be tripled and would that apply in a "failure to disclose" case? Thank you in advance for any information.
