Your brother is one dense person. He is trying to sell his property, "As Owner", and has already made this kind of deal with the guy?

Please tell me why his property is only worth 2 grand, that I am curious about.

In fact, you are so astonishingly correct in this matter, it will not surprise us one bit if you are offered a generous settlement, because, by golly, that’s just how it should be.

Paradise, I think it is $200,000.00 not 2 grand.

Susan: Your story would be more easily understood if you used paragraphs and punctuation marks (the mis-spelling, I can deal with.)

Typo on my part, I meant 200 grand. Not much you can get for 200 grand in Cali.
