Angry

My husband and I are in the middle of purchasing a mobil home and feel jerked around! We qualified through a mortgage broker and she authorized for our old mobil home to be removed off of our lot and for the new one to be fixed to our lot. We moved out of our home and stored all of our belongings and moved in with family. We were to be out for two weeks and then moving back in. Well our so called financing fell through so our mortgage broker went through another company. As we speak now she has put this through 5 companies and we still have no financing. We have been out of our home for 2 months and still have no move in date or financing. We have just recently pulled our paperwork from this mortgage broker and moved on to another. The big question is can we sue this old mortgage broker for doing this without solid financing and for causing us to be homeless and all of the extra expenses we have encountered within the last 2 months? The mobil home company we purchased through is paying interest on the new mobil thatis sitting because he hasn't been paid either. We are very angry with this lady and would like to know what type of compensation we can go after. We are staying 30 miles out of town and trying to work and get two children to and from school everyday and living with stress to no end----help????

Yes sue the broker or move in with her until she gets you a mobile home loan.
